The Morreene Road unstaffed conference room office is used for the convenience of clients who wants closings or meetings with our attorneys in what may for the client be a more convenient location. This satellite office is located on the second floor of a two-story brick office building primarily occupied by Prudential Carolinas Realty. The building is well-marked by signs on Morreene Road. A nearby landmark is the Millennium Hotel, which is situated between the building and the US Highway 15-501 Bypass. Many of the directions given here link to the Morreene Road exit of US Highway 15-501 Bypass.

FROM SOUTH SQUARE AREA AND CHAPEL HILL

Take the US Highway 15-501 Bypass North to the Morreene Road exit (Exit 108A). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right (south) onto Morreene Road. You will see the Millennium Hotel property to your left. Our branch office is located on the second floor of the Prudential Carolinas Realty Building, which is a block further south down from the Millennium Hotel, and also on the left. You should also see our sign in front of the building. Go down the driveway on the left side of the building to reach our customer parking area/lot at the rear of the building. Enter the rear door of the building, and take the stairs or elevator to our office.

FROM SOUTHWEST DURHAM AND CHATHAM COUNTY

There are two ways to access the branch office from these areas. One way is to get on the Martin Luther King Parkway (which is now complete and open all the way from Highway 55 to US Highway 15-501 Bypass), until you reach US Highway 15-501 Bypass North (go straight at the intersection of Martin Luther King Parkway and University Drive, and you will connect directly with the US Highway 15-501 Bypass North). Once you reach the US Highway 15-501 Bypass North, then follow the directions above given from the South Square/Chapel Hill area.

Another way is to follow Garrett Road until you reach US Highway 15-501 leading from Chapel Hill to Durham. Turn right onto US Highway 15-501, being careful to then take the US Highway 15-501 Bypass split, and then follow the directions above given from the South Square/Chapel Hill area.

FROM DOWNTOWN, SOUTHEAST DURHAM, RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, RDU AIRPORT AND/OR RALEIGH

From Interstate 40 West, take the exit for the Durham Freeway (NC Highway 147) North (NOTE: The Freeway can also be accessed from Cornwallis Road, T.W. Alexander Drive, Highway 54 and several downtown exits) until you reach the US Highway 15-501 Exit. This exit is divided into two, one going north toward Durham and one going south toward Chapel Hill. Take the south (Chapel Hill) US Highway 15-501 exit (Exit 16B). When you get to US Highway 15-501 South, stay in the right lane and look for the Morreene Road exit, which is very close by. Exit onto the Morreene Road exit (Exit 108A), and turn left (south) onto Morreene Road. After you cross back over US Highway 15-501, you will see the Millennium Hotel property to your left. Our branch office is located on the second floor of the Prudential Carolinas Realty Building, which is a block further south down from the Millennium Hotel, and also on the left. You should also see our sign in front of the building. Go down the driveway on the left side of the building to reach our customer parking area/lot at the rear of the building. Enter the rear door of the building, and take the stairs or elevator to our office

FROM NORTH DURHAM AND EAST DURHAM AREAS

Take the nearest North-South thoroughfare connecting your part of North Durham or East Durham with Interstate 85 (such as US 70, Avondale Road, Roxboro Road, Duke Street, Guess Road or Hillandale Road). Follow Interstate 85 South (West ) to the left-exit for US Highway 15-501 Bypass South. The second exit after you enter US Highway 15-501 Bypass South is a multi-exit, Exit 108 C-B-A. This Exit 108 comes up VERY FAST, so be sure you are in the right lanes of the US 15-501 Bypass when you exit from Interstate 85. Exit onto 108 C-B-A, then exit from there onto the Morreene Road exit (Exit 108A), and turn left (south) onto Morreene Road. After you cross back over US Highway 15-501, you will see the Millennium Hotel property to your left. Our branch office is located on the second floor of the Prudential Carolinas Realty Building, which is a block further south down from the Millennium Hotel, and also on the left. You should also see our sign in front of the building. Go down the driveway on the left side of the building to reach our customer parking area/lot at the rear of the building. Enter the rear door of the building, and take the stairs or elevator to our office.

FROM THE HILLSBOROUGH AREA AND POINTS WEST

Take Interstate 85 North (East) until you reach the exit for Highway 147 (“Durham Freeway”). Exit onto the Durham Freeway until you reach the exit for US Highway 15-501 Bypass South (toward Chapel Hill). Exit onto US Highway 15-501 Bypass South, stay in the right lane and look for the Morreene Road exit (Exit 108A), which is very close by. Exit onto the Morreene Road exit (Exit 108A), and turn left (south) onto Morreene Road. After you cross back over US Highway 15-501, you will see the Millennium Hotel property to your left. Our branch office is located on the second floor of the Prudential Carolinas Realty Building, which is a block further south down from the Millennium Hotel, and also on the left. You should also see our sign in front of the building. Go down the driveway on the left side of the building to reach our customer parking area/lot at the rear of the building. Enter the rear door of the building, and take the stairs or elevator to our office

FROM WEST DURHAM/DUKE WEST CAMPUS/DUKE NORTH AREAS

There are two ways to best access the branch office from the West Durham area. If you are at Duke North or Duke West Campus, get on Erwin Road until you reach Morreene Road. Turn right (north) onto Morreene Road, and follow Morreene Road north until just before you reach the US Highway 15-501 Bypass. Our branch office is on the right just before you reach the Millennium Hotel and US Highway 15-501 Bypass. Another way is to access Interstate 85, and follow the directions given above for access FROM NORTHERN DURHAM AREA.
